What to bring when you sell
Short answer: bring the jewellery, three forms of ID, and your bank details. One ID must be an official document showing your name and address, dated within the last three months. You must be 18 or over.
Three forms of ID
As a licensed second-hand dealer (WA Licence No. 1329), we are required by law to verify and record who we buy from. Please bring three forms of ID. At least one must be an official document showing your name and current address, dated within the last three months, such as a recent utility bill, bank statement or government letter.
If you're not sure whether your documents will be accepted, call us on (08) 6252 3241 before you come in.
Your bank details
We pay by bank transfer only, to an account in your name. Have your BSB and account number with you.
The jewellery
Bring it as it is. You don't need to clean, sort or remove stones. If you have certificates, valuations or receipts, bring those too.
Diamonds
For diamonds, please email us photos and details first so we can tell you whether we're interested before you make the trip.
